Balázs Filament Technologies - Business development continuous
The Balázs Filament Technologies Ltd. is managed by the Balázs brothers from the beginning. Their father who launched the family companies more than 25 years ago, has important part in the foundation of the corporation, which happened more than 10 years ago,
One of the elements of the new sales startegy that we have to make stronger the CARBOTEX family position on the European market with spend more energy and money on. In the course of this we have to find distributors in France and in England.
Beyond the development of the European positions, the other element of the Balázs Filament Technologies Ltd.’s new strategy that we have to start the selling on the USA market too, therefore our company will exhibit on the ICAST 2006 show in Las Vegas.
The previous interest shows that the Balázs Filament Technologies Ltd. can count on a success on this new area too.
The increasing of the last period needed to made changing in the activity of the company. We increased to double the number of the employee (picture 5) and we rationalized the plan of work.
The growing of this year contribute to, that the Balázs Filament Technologies Ltd. became one of the important participant of the European fishingline market with nearly 10% market share.

The renewed CARBOTEX family
The year 2006 brings important changes in the life of the Filament Hungary Ltd.
First the company changed it’s name. The new name is Balázs Filament Technologies Ltd which is coupled with a new logo. Second that the Carbotex family renewed entirely in this season and its increased with three members.
Near the Carbotex Original, the Carbotex Coated and Carbotex DSC fishing lines, which are very successful in the last years on the European market, we will start to sell the Carbotex Sensitive, the Carbotex Braided and the Carbotex Ice fishing line types. The wide range of the carbotex family make possibble for all the anglers to find the most suitable fishing lines for themselves. The Balázs Filament Technologies Ltd invest a lot of work and money to make stronger the position of the Carbotex products on the market.

The new logo
The Balázs brothers’s (Lajos Balázs and Miklós Balázs) companies are show significant expansion in the last years. It’s required to made changes in the company names. Many things changed, as well the name of the monofilament producer company, the Filament Hungary Ltd too.
The new name of the company - which profiles are production of fishing line and winding leader brand names (like CARBOTEX) - is BFT – Balázs Filament Technologies Ltd.
It was also need to change the name to make defenitly separate the company from other fishing line producer company.
The directors of the company are trust in that the new image, which introduced from the beginning of this year and the developing of the Carbotex family are gain our partners approval.
The BFT-Balázs Filament Technologies Ltd. carry on the process what the Filament Hungary Ltd. started. Through this the company ensure it’s customers, that the perfect quality products are stay unchanged.

Warsaw EFTTEX 2005 – A new stop of a successful way
From 1998 the Filament Hungary Ltd. is continuously attendant of the yearly organized EFTTEX and exhibited in this year in Warsaw for the eight time.
The management of the company noted with pleasure the fact that this year the exhibition organized in Warsaw because it shows that more companies are trust in the eastern market.
If we say that the exhibition in London in the last year was successful, we can say safely that this year was prominently successful. The Filament Hungary Ltd. had no stable position on several market but after the show we can say that the company can make good business on this market in the future. Our company succeeded to consolidate it’s position on the East –Central Europe markets and make further business in Western Europe.

A NEW INVESTMENT AT THE FILAMENT HUNGARY LTD.
They started up a new packaging facility at the end of the last year in Tiszaújváros where they are able to accomplish cutting and fixing works of boxes and labels furthermore screen printing. With this investment the Filament Hungary Ltd. obtained that they can hold together in one hand all the phases of the fishing line production, do the packaging, produce the fishing lines, produce the plastic spools with injection moulding machine and winding them.
The created workplaces, as the photos show, are meet the extremely strict requirements of the European Union and the company can create very good circumstances to do the work. Big advantage that the packaging facility increase on the Filament Hungary Ltd.’s flexibility and this contribute to that the customers get quicker and more precise services and increase their satisfaction.

FROM THE BANK OF RIVER TISZA TO THE THAMES 
FILAMENT LTD. is one of the most dynamic developing company in Hungary where in its facility located on the bank of river Tisza manufactures monofilaments.
Its Stand at the Exhibition has been decorated by a picture taken on the location of the company. That was the seventh occasion when the company has taken part in the EFTTEX organized yearly. This year show held on the bank of Thames has accentuated role in the business politic of the company. The main incentive of the company's dynamic development is the increasing number of customers gained at EFTTEX.
The Stand of FFILAMENT LTD. at London Show was very popular, visited by
plenty of people. 80% of the visitors were enquirers.
Based on the forecast the number of customers may increase significantly in the near future.
Summarizing the facts it can be stated that EFTTEX 2004 in London was one of the most successful exhibitions for FILAMENT LTD.

FILAMENT LTD.
Recognized quality in the manufacturing of monofilaments
With effect of 13 July 2004 FILAMENT LTD. has acquired the certificate of ISO 9001:2000 for the manufacturing of polyamide copolymer monofilaments.
The audit of the company has been carried out by the well known DET NORSKE VERITAS. The responsibility of quality system control will be taken over by Csaba Koleszár Production Manager in the future supported by a new colleague in his daily work.

Csaba Koleszár commented: "Having had the decision on the introduction of ISO 9001:2000 quality system everything has happened very quickly and smoothly up to the acquisition of the Certificate, thanks to the fact that the quality stood always in the center of philosophy of FILAMENT LTD."
Since the time of funding the company has established one of the most rigorous systems in the industry of monofilament manufacturing for the quality assurance which works very well and has gained the appreciation of the experts of DET NORSKE VERITAS during the audit.
We are firmly convinced that the introduction of the new system will increase the satisfaction of our customer in the future.
FILAMENT CUP
FILAMENT Ltd. has been supporting sport fishing and different fishing competitions for years.
In 2001 FILAMENT Ltd. founded a fishing competition called Filament Cup, which is arranged every year with teams of three persons.

FILAMENT CUP-2004
FILAMENT CUP 2004 fishing competition was organized on 3 July 2004. The number of participants has been maximized in advance because the available stands for fishing around the lake accommodated the competition were limited to 210. Due to this arrangement the number of teams consisting of three persons was seventy. Weeks prior to the event the competitors came together and elected the name and the leaders of the teams then at the spot of the competition drew lots for team's stands.
At the end of the competition the performance has been calculated per team in grams.
The first six teams won remunerations at the high prize competition.
After the weighting of catches the venturesome participants could match their knowledge in cast to target and long cast.

2. "Kupászok" team, 26,840 grams
3. "TVK Diszpécserek" team, 20,410 grams
